Shorten the Transmission Line Closed Clamp Replacement Insulator Working Time

  • 摘要: 使用闭式卡具更换单片异常绝缘子是输电检修专业经常开展的检修工作之一,传统的作业流程平均作业时间为56 min,时间长,风险高,作业人员体力消耗大,增加了作业风险。文章通过寻找问题的症结,并制定相应的政策,优化了作业流程,使得总作业时间缩短至28.2 min,作业时间缩短了49.6%,提高了现场作业效率,同时降低了作业风险。

     

    Abstract: The use of closed clamps to replace single-piece abnormal insulators is one of the maintenance tasks often carried out in the power transmission maintenance profession. The average operation time of the traditional operation process is 56 minutes, which is long, risky, and physically demanding for the operators, increasing the risks of the operation. The QC team optimized the operation process by finding the crux of the problem and formulating corresponding policies, shortening the total operation time to 28.2 minutes and 49.6% in operation time, improving on-site operation efficiency and reducing operation risks.
