220 kV线路重合闸充电灯异常原因分析及回路完善措施

Cause Analysis and Circuit Improvement of Abnormal Reclosing Charging Lamp on 220 kV Line

  • 摘要: 自动重合闸是保证电力系统安全稳定运行的重要措施。文章对一起220 kV线路第二套线路保护重合闸充电灯异常事件进行分析,结合保护装置的开入节点图和接线原理图,发现合后位置继电器没有励磁动作。再将相关操作回路图纸与现场实际接线进行对比,确定根本原因为第二套保护装置操作箱手分手合回路不完善,合后位置继电器无法正确动作,导致存在“闭锁重合闸”开入造成重合闸放电。结合相关要求提出了整改建议,分析结果可为同类隐患的处理和防范提供有效参考。

     

    Abstract: Automatic reclosing is an important measure to ensure the safe and stable operation of power system. This paper analyzes an abnormal event of the second set of line protection reclosing charging lamp on 220 kV line, based on the input node diagram and wiring schematic diagram of the protection device, it is found that position relay has no excitation action after closing. Comparing the relevant operation circuit drawings with the actual on-site wiring, it is determined that the root cause is the incomplete manual opening and closing circuit of the second set of protection device operation box, resulting in the reclosing discharge caused by the input of "locking reclosing". Combined with the relevant requirements, the rectification suggestions are put forward, and the analysis results can provide an effective reference for the treatment and prevention of similar hidden dangers.
