一种变电站集中排水系统

A Centralized Drainage System for Substations

  • 摘要: 为有效解决变电站内排水难问题,降低因站内积水进入电缆沟、端子箱等设备造成电网故障,切实提升电网供电可靠性。文章对目前变电站内排水不畅、电缆沟积水严重原因进行深入分析后,基于双浮球监测“水位差”原理,设计了一种主辅集水池结合的新型排水系统,既能保证抽水泵不因频繁启动发热损坏,又能防止集水井内杂物较多堵塞抽水泵。同时,将该系统做成模块化装置,便于现场安装使用,具有一定的推广价值。

     

    Abstract: To effectively solve the problem of difficult drainage in substations, reduce power grid failures caused by accumulated water entering equipment such as cable trenches and terminal boxes, and effectively improve the reliability of power supply in the power grid. This paper analysis of the current reasons for poor drainage and severe water accumulation in cable trenches in substations, based on the principle of dual float ball monitoring "water level difference", a new drainage system combining the main and auxiliary water collection tanks is designed, which can not only ensure that the pump is not damaged due to frequent startup and heating, but also prevent the pump from being blocked by a large amount of debris in the water collection well. At the same time, this paper making the system a modular device is convenient for on-site installation and use, and this device has certain promotion value.
