自愈型电磁式交流接触器的研究

Research on Self-healing Electromagnetic AC Contactor

  • 摘要: 针对传统电磁式交流接触器因触点系统吸合不良或电磁控制机构合闸失效导致企业大容量电动机绕组烧毁、加工原材料直接报废等问题,研制一款由电磁控制机构、触头系统以及自愈电磁控制机构组成的自愈型电磁式交流接触器,在检测到吸合不良或电磁控制机构合闸失效时,立即完成自愈操作,保证供电连续性。

     

    Abstract: This paper develops a self-healing electromagnetic AC contactor composed of an electromagnetic control mechanism, a contact system, and a self-healing electromagnetic control mechanism to address the problems of traditional electromagnetic AC contactors, such as poor contact system suction or electromagnetic control mechanism closing failure, resulting in the burning of large capacity motor windings and direct scrapping of processing raw materials in enterprises.When the new self-healing electromagnetic AC contactor detects poor suction or electromagnetic control mechanism closing failure, it can immediately complete self-healing operation to ensure power supply continuity.
