Abstract: In order to ensure the safety of rural customers' electricity consumption, shorten the frequency of power outage, narrow the scope of power outage and improve the reliability of low-voltage power supply in rural distribution networks, the author, based on the experience of operation and maintenance management of rural low-voltage distribution networks, summarizes and studies the work experience of residual leakage protection devices and low-voltage neutral line disconnection protection devices.
