新型消磁仪器的研制

Development of New Degaussing Instrument

  • 摘要: 变压器重新投运时,为了快速建立磁场,往往会出现励磁涌流,而变压器剩磁的存在,将进一步加大励磁涌流的幅值,使得变压器的保护误动作。变压器在进行电气试验后,因电气试验施加的直流电流,变压器铁心中的剩磁会进一步增加,对变压器正常投运造成隐患。因此,在变压器投运前对其剩磁的降低或消除,是确保变压器正常投运的因素之一。文章研究一种对变压器剩磁进行检测、具备变压器消磁功能和低压交流剩磁验证功能的消磁仪器,从而提高变压器消磁判断能力及效率。

     

    Abstract: When the transformer is put into operation again, in order to quickly establish the magnetic field, there will often be an exciting inrush current, and the presence of the transformer's remanence will further increase the amplitude of the excitation inrush current, making the protection of the transformer misoperate. After the electrical test of the transformer, due to the DC current applied in the electrical test, the remanence in the transformer core will further increase, causing hidden dangers to the normal operation of the transformer. Therefore, the reduction or elimination of remanence before the transformer is put into operation is one of the factors to ensure the normal operation of the transformer. This paper mainly studies a degaussing instrument with transformer degaussing function and low voltage AC remanence verification function. The transformer remanence is detected and reduced, so as to improve the transformer degaussing judgment ability and efficiency.
