10 kV接地线辅助拆装工具的研发

  • 摘要: 在对变电站、集控站、开关站、电力线路等电力设备进行检修和维护时,安装接地线是保护检修人员的一道安全屏障,可防止突然来电对人体的伤害1。10 kV接地线是变电站设备检修时常用的安全工器具。现有常用的变电站10 kV接地线采用的是平口螺旋接地线,此类接地线在使用过程中,往往存在线夹下滑、打滑或变位的情况,很难顺利完成打紧的操作。同时,在重力的牵引和线夹空隙的作用下,每次拧紧接地线的耗时较多,工作效率较低。因此,研制10 kV接地线辅助拆装工具,可有效防止10 kV接地线线夹在刚接触铜排初时容易下滑的情况,且能有效防止在拧紧接地线线夹过程中容易出现的打滑或变位的情况。

     

    Abstract: 10 kV grounding wire is often used in substation equipment maintenance safety measures must tools, the existing commonly used substation 10 kV grounding wire is the flat spiral grounding wire. During the use of such 10 kV grounding wire, there are often slippage, slippage or displacement of the wire clamp, and it is difficult to successfully complete the tightening operation. At the same time, under the traction of gravity and the action of the clamp gap, it takes more time to tighten the 10 kV grounding wire each time, and the working efficiency is low. Therefore, through the development of 10 kV ground wire auxiliary disassembly tool, it can effectively prevent the 10 kV ground wire clamp from sliding easily when it contacts the copper bar at the beginning, and can effectively prevent the slippage or displacement that is easy to occur during the tightening of ground wire clamp.
