客户侧防电压暂降装置的研制

Development of Voltage Sag Prevention Device for Customer Side

  • 摘要: 借鉴UPS不间断电源系统,计划开发一套用户侧防用电电压暂降的装置,结合实际需求将旁路及电力电子装置安装至用电负荷上,瞬时自动补偿电压暂降,防止发生电压暂降引起的生产中断,填补没有快速自动稳定电压的装置的空白。文章设想的电压稳定装置工作过程:采用旁路加电力电子元件的方式,当出现0.8 p.u.以下的电压暂降,旁路自动启动,第一时间自动补偿电压,同时向厂方人员发送报警信息,通知厂方人员发生电压暂降的时间,保护设备安全和生产质量。

     

    Abstract: This article draws inspiration from the UPS uninterruptible power supply system and plans to develop a device to prevent voltage sag on the user side. Based on actual needs, bypass and power electronic devices will be installed on the power load to instantly automatically compensate for voltage sag, prevent production interruption caused by voltage sag, and fill the gap in the lack of fast and automatic voltage stabilization devices. The working process of the voltage stabilization device envisioned in this article is to use a bypass with power electronic components. When a voltage drop below 0.8 p.u. occurs, the bypass will automatically start and compensate for the voltage as soon as possible. At the same time, an alarm message will be sent to the factory personnel to inform them of the time of the voltage drop, protecting equipment safety and production quality.
