基于拆回表全寿命周期数据的电能表故障趋势分析

Analysis of Fault Trends of Electric Energy Meters Based on the Full Life Cycle Data of Removal Meters

  • 摘要: 文章从省级拆回表集中检定工作出发,以智能电能表首检、运行、拆回全寿命阶段数据为基础,使用电力大数据分析应用平台进行数据处理、建模及分析,重点在拆回表自动化分拣、电能表故障特征多维分析、电能表故障预测等方面展开研究,结果能够实现Web图形化展示。相关成果的应用能够一定程度上超前预测电能表故障的发生,指导在运电能表的精准更换,可增加经济、社会效益。

     

    Abstract: This article starts from the centralized verification of the dismantled electric energy meters at the provincial level. Based on the data of the first inspection, operation, and disassembly of the full life stage of the intelligent electric energy meters, the power big data analysis application platform is used for data processing, modeling, and analysis. The research focuses on the aspects of automatic sorting of the dismantled electric energy meter, multi-dimensional analysis of fault characteristics of the energy meter and fault prediction of the electric energy meters, and the results can be achieved by graphical display. The application of related achievements can predict the occurrence of energy meter failure to a certain extent in advance, and guide the accurate replacement of the energy meter in operation, which can increase economic and social benefits.
