Research on Safety Risk Warning and Prediction Technology for Power Grid Construction

  • 摘要: 近年来,国家电网公司的电网规模不断扩大,每年在建工程数量超过6000项,施工高峰期有近10万人同时作业,每年开展三级及以上风险的项目达10.8万余项。由于施工现场数量多且涉及面广,繁重的电网建设任务对安全管理工作提出了新的挑战。如何对施工现场中人员的不安全行为、物资的不安全状态、环境的不安全条件及管理的缺陷进行及时有效地预警预测,将“查找问题”转变为“预防风险”,真正实现“检查一个工程,确保一个工程的安全”的需求已变得愈发紧迫。

     

    Abstract: In recent years, State Grid Corporation of China has continuously expanded its power grid scale, with over 6000 projects under construction each year. During the peak construction period, nearly 100000 people work simultaneously, and more than 108000 projects with level three or higher risks are carried out each year. Due to the large number and wide scope of construction sites, the heavy task of power grid construction poses new challenges to safety management work. How to timely and effectively warn and predict unsafe behaviors of personnel, unsafe conditions of materials, unsafe conditions of the environment, and defects in management on the construction site, transforming "problem finding" into "risk prevention", and truly realizing the need to "inspect a project and ensure its safety" has become increasingly urgent.
