Analysis of a Leakage Defect in the 220 kV Side Bushing of a Main Transformer

  • 摘要: 变压器是电力系统实现电压变换的关键设备,变压器的安全稳定运行直接影响着整个电力系统网架结构的安全。文章详细阐述了一起主变压器220 kV侧套管渗油的检查处理情况,对套管进行介损及电容量试验及解体检查分析,最终确定了套管内部密封圈密封失效的设备主因,并提出后续整改建议。

     

    Abstract: Transformers are key equipment for achieving voltage transformation in the power system, and their safe and stable operation directly affects the safety of the entire power system grid structure. This article elaborates on the inspection and treatment of oil leakage in the 220 kV side bushing of a main transformer, conducts dielectric loss and capacitance tests on the bushing, and analyzes the disassembly inspection. Finally, the main cause of the sealing failure of the inner sealing ring of the bushing is determined, and subsequent rectification suggestions are proposed.
