  • 摘要: 作为电力系统安全可靠运行的第一道防线,继电保护装置在电网运行中作用重大,而保护装置能否发挥最大作用,很大程度取决于保护定值的准确整定和配置。在新型有源配电网方面,分布式新能源的广泛接入,改变了配电网结构,也改变了配电网故障特性量,使得传统保护装置无法精准判定故障段。同时,当电网运行方式变化,既有的保护定值并不能适应变化后的运行方式,因此保护定值须要适时调整。为了满足电网智能化发展的需要,黄山供电公司研究出了一种自适应继电保护定值切换方法,能够根据运行方式的变化、故障时电流的大小和方向自动选择相应的定值。解决了传统定值人工切换不及时、易出错的弊端,提高了效率,显著提升了配电网供电可靠性。

     

    Abstract: As the first line of defense for the safe and reliable operation of the power system, the relay protection device plays an important role in the operation of the power grid, and whether the protection device can play the maximum role depends largely on the accurate setting and configuration of the protection value. In terms of new active distribution networks, the extensive access of distributed new energy has changed the structure of the distribution network and the fault characteristics of the distribution network, making it impossible for traditional protection devices to accurately determine the fault section. At the same time, when the operation mode of the power grid changes, the existing protection value cannot adapt to the changed operation mode, so the protection value needs to be adjusted in time. In order to meet the needs of the intelligent development of the power grid, Huangshan Company has developed an adaptive relay protection value switching method, which can automatically select the corresponding value according to the change of operation mode and the size and direction of the current at the time of failure. It solves the drawbacks of untimely and error-prone manual switching of traditional fixed values, improves efficiency, and significantly improves the reliability of power supply in the distribution network.
