基于装配式钢结构变电站墙板材料的选型分析

Selection Analysis of Wallboard Material Based on Prefabricated Steel Structure Substation

  • 摘要: 针对装配式变电站设计需求,推动设计理念创新,引领工程技术进步方向,突出工业化设施定位,优化集成。本文从墙板材料适用性和墙板装配式施工两方面对传统墙板(压型钢板岩棉夹芯板、蒸压轻质加气混凝土板)和新型装配插入式纤维水泥模块外墙板进行优化比选,结果表明,装配插入式纤维水泥模块外墙板比传统墙板更适宜作为变电站围护材质使用,其优越的防火性能(耐火极限大于3 h)甚至可以作为变电站防火墙来使用,主要成果可供工程应用参考。

     

    Abstract: According to the design requirements of prefabricated substation, promote design concept innovation, leading the progress of engineering technology, highlight industrial facility positioning and optimize integration. This paper optimizes the selection of traditional wallboard (Profiled steel plate rock wool sandwich board、Autoclaved lightweight aerated concrete slab) and new assembly plug-in fiber cement module wallboard from two aspects of wallboard material applicability and wallboard assembly construction. The results show that new assembly plug-in fiber cement module wallboard is more suitable for substation enclosure material than the traditional wallboard, its superior fire performance (fire limit more than 3 h) can even be used as substation firewall, the main results can be used for engineering reference.
