发电车输出电缆不同敷设方式下载流情况分析

Analysis on Uneven Current Distribution of Output Cable of Generator Car in Different Laying Modes

  • 摘要: 为确保发电车运行性能良好,须定期对发电车进行检测。利用模拟阻、感性负载,可以有效检测发电车的输出带载能力。试验人员在发电车带载测试中,发现发电车同相输出电缆之间存在严重分流不均的现象。文章通过改变发电车类型、容量、电缆敷设方式、电缆与发电车的连接方式等途径,最终确定电缆载流情况受电缆敷设方式的影响,并提出了改善发电车输出电缆分流不均的相关措施。

     

    Abstract: In order to ensure the good operation performance of generator car, we need to test the generator car regularly. The output load carrying capacity of the generator car can be effectively detected by using analog resistive and inductive loads.During the load test of the generator car, we found that there was a serious imbalance of current distribution between the in-phase output cables of the generator car. By changing the type and capacity of generator car, cable laying method, the method of connection between the cable and generator car, we finally find that the cable current carrying capacity is influenced by the cable laying method. And we put forward relevant measures to improve the uneven distribution of generator car output cables.
