水电站水淹厂房风险要素分析及处理方案

Analysis of Risk Factors and Treatment Plans for Flooded Hydroelectric Power Plants

  • 摘要: 为降低水淹厂房事故率,保证水电站安全可靠运行,以新丰江水电站运行现状为例,分析水电站水淹厂房风险要素,设计水源监测点,构建基于无线通信的智能监测系统,在线监测实时水位情况;设计应急预案,做好事前预防、事中管控、事后处置,加强水电站水淹厂房风险防控。

     

    Abstract: In order to reduce the accident rate of flooded factory buildings and ensure the safe and reliable operation of the hydropower station, this study takes the operation status of Xinfengjiang Hydropower Station as an example, analyzes the risk factors of flooded factory buildings, designs water source monitoring points, constructs an intelligent monitoring system based on wireless communication, and monitors real-time water level online; Design emergency plans, carry out pre prevention, in-process control, and post disposal, strengthen risk prevention and control of hydropower plant flooding.
