电缆交叉互联接地系统缺陷带电诊断装置的研制

Development of Energized Defect Diagnosis Device for Cross-bonded Grounding System of Power Cable

  • 摘要: 电缆交叉互联接地系统缺陷严重威胁电缆线路安全稳定运行。当前针对此类缺陷,只能停电诊断,造成停电时间和电网风险持续时间过长。因此决定研制电缆交叉互联接地系统缺陷带电诊断装置,实现交叉互联单元诊断时间缩短至1.5 h以内。装置分为采集部分、主机部分和终端部分,通过方案选择和对策实施,完成了装置的制作。经过效果检查,装置实现了单元诊断时间缩短至1.5 h以内的目标,具有显著的安全、社会、管理和经济效益。

     

    Abstract: Defects in the cross-bonded grounding system seriously threaten the safe and stable operation of cable lines. Currently, such defects can only be diagnosed under the condition of power outages, resulting in long power outages and grid risk duration. Therefore, it was decided to develop an energized defect diagnosis device for cross-bonded grounding system of power cable, to reduce the diagnosis time of a cross-bonded unit to less than 1.5 hours. The device includes a collection part, a host part, and a terminal part. Through scheme selection and countermeasure implementation, the device has been completed. Effect check showed that the device had achieved the goal of reducing the diagnosis time to less than 1.5 hours per unit, with significant safety, social, management, and economic benefits.
