配网应急一体化看图指挥系统设计应用

Design and Application of Integrated Drawing and Command System for Distribution Network Emergency Response

  • 摘要: 针对配网调控中心面临事故增多及停电时户数管控要求不断提高的趋势,利用现有的调控云平台,采用人工智能、计算机等技术汇集配电自动化设备、主网调度自动化系统的数据资源设计配网应急一体化看图指挥系统,实现故障抢修、舆情管控的高效联动。配网应急一体化看图指挥系统具备故障研判、图形化展示、短信推送等功能,系统在某地区配网调控中心实际投运,能够辅助配网调控人员高效处置配电网事故。

     

    Abstract: In response to the trend of increasing accidents and increasing requirements for household control during power outages in the distribution network control center, it is urgent to develop a distribution network fault handling auxiliary system to improve the comprehensive ability of distribution network controllers to handle distribution network faults. Utilizing existing control cloud platforms, human intelligence, computer technology, and other technologies to gather distribution automation systems, power supply service command systems The data resource design of the main network dispatch automation system is a distribution network emergency integrated map command system, achieving efficient linkage between fault repair and public opinion control. The integrated emergency command system for distribution network is actually put into operation in a distribution network control center in a certain area, which can assist distribution network control personnel in efficiently handling distribution network accidents. The efficiency and accuracy of fault handling are obvious.
