屏蔽球对500 kV SF6电流互感器内部电场分布影响研究

Study on the Influence of Shielding Ball on the Internal Electric Field Distribution of 500 kV SF6 Current Transforme

  • 摘要: 文章通过分析LVQHB-500W2型500 kV复合绝缘SF6倒置式电流互感器故障现象、类型和原因,研究了屏蔽球对该型号电流互感器盆式绝缘子局部电场强度的影响,提出了改进措施和防范策略,为保证该型号及类似电气设备科学设计和安全运行提供借鉴。

     

    Abstract: The intermediate screen of LVQHB-500W2 500 kV composite insulation SF6 inverted current transformer and the basin insulator are connected by bolts, and shield balls are installed on the bolts. When the shield balls at this position are loose or fall off, the bolts will be exposed, which will seriously affect the distribution of electric field and cause flashover and discharge on the surface of the basin insulator. By analyzing the fault phenomena, types and causes of this type of current transformer, this paper studies the influence of shielding balls on the local electric field strength of the basin insulator of this type of current transformer, and puts forward improvement measures and prevention strategies, which can provide reference for ensuring the scientific design and safe operation of this type and similar electrical equipment.
