基于巴西“8·15”大停电事故的仿真分析与思考

  • 摘要: 2023年8月15日,巴西发生大面积停电事故,对经济社会正常运转造成严重影响。事故暴露出巴西电网结构薄弱、电源支撑不足、技术防线不完善、安全管控有短板等问题,为我国电力安全和新型电力系统建设工作带来诸多启示。为模拟巴西大停电发展全过程,文章基于大电网在线安全分析应用平台,调整某地区电网运行方式,削弱网架结构,并使北部新能源大发,设置包含直流闭锁在内的复杂连锁故障,使电网解列为南北两片区,并采取低频减载、失步解列、高频切机等安控措施,使电网恢复安全稳定运行,对日常调控运行工作具有一定指导意义。

     

    Abstract: On August 15, 2023, a large area of power outage occurred in Brazil, which seriously affected the normal operation of the economy and society. The accident exposed the weak structure of Brazil's power grid, insufficient power support, imperfect technical defense line, safety control and other problems, and brought many revelations for China's power grid safety and construction of new power systems.To simulate the entire process of power outage development in Brazil,based on the large power grid online security analysis and application platform, this paper adjusts the operation mode of Shanxi power grid, weakens the grid structure, increases the output of new energy in the north and sets complex chain faults including DC lock-out in the northern part of the new energy, so that the power grid is divided into two areas in the north and south, and adopts security control measures such as low-frequency load shedding, out-of-step splitting, and high-frequency generator cutting to restore the safe and stable operation of the power grid which has certain guiding significance for daily control and operation work.
