基于分布式电源群调群控技术的配网调节控制方案设计

The Design of Distribution Network Regulation Control Scheme Based on Distributed Generations Group Dispatch and Control Technology

  • 摘要: 随着分布式电源的大规模接入,配网面临着潮流越限、有功调节等问题。文章提出一种基于分布式电源群调群控技术的调节控制策略,该策略通过主站端贯穿省、地、用的方式,利用分布式电源的可调控性优势,实现主站对接入分布式电源的全局控制与分布式能源的就地自治协同。通过分布式电源群调群控模块,结合分层分区优化方式,平抑潮流波动和过电压,以支撑大电网的安全稳定运行。

     

    Abstract: With the large-scale integration of distributed generations, distribution networks face challenges such as excessive current flow and active regulation. This article proposes a regulation control strategy based on distributed generations group dispatch and control technology. The strategy employs a hierarchical approach, connecting the central station with provinces, regions, and end users, utilizing the controllability advantage of distributed generations. It enables centralized control of the interconnected distributed generations while allowing for local autonomy and collaboration in distributed energy. Through the distributed generations group dispatch and control module and combined with layered partition optimization, it mitigates fluctuations in current flow and overvoltage to support the safe and stable operation of the power grid.
