三相三线电能计量装置电压互感器二次侧极性反接案例分析

Case Analysis of Polarity Reversal on the Secondary Side of Voltage Transformer in Three-phase Three Wire Electric Energy Metering Device

  • 摘要: 三相三线电能计量装置电压互感器二次侧极性反接时,由于可能存在电能表对自身电压接线相序判定异常等问题,往往容易引起接线异常类型误判,进而干扰接线更正,甚至引起新的接线错误。文章研究此类接线异常类型的表现特征与原理,提出该类接线异常的判定方法,帮助计量人员精准识别异常类型,支撑现场消缺,提高计量业务工作准确度。

     

    Abstract: When the polarity of the secondary side of the voltage transformer in a three-phase three wire electric energy metering device is reversed, it is often easy to misjudge the type of abnormal wiring due to possible problems such as abnormal phase sequence judgment of the meter's own voltage wiring. This can further interfere with wiring corrections and even cause new wiring errors. The article studies the abnormal characteristics and principles of this type of abnormal wiring. And propose a judgment method for this type of abnormal wiring. Assist metrology personnel in accurately identifying types of anomalies. Support on-site defect elimination and improve the accuracy of measurement business work.
