环网柜接地开关防误操作装置的研究

Research on the Anti Misoperation Device of Grounding Switch in Ring Network Cabinet

  • 摘要: 针对目前配网电气操作易出现的环网柜误操作的问题,研制一种环网柜接地开关防误操作装置,其具备“五防”逻辑判断,辅助配网开关防止误操作。该装置加入智能锁具优化传统配网锁具管理,并且在人工操作前对操作环境进行研判从而提升防误操作水平。通过现场实验表明,使用该装置防误操作准确性为99.86%,能够降低误操作风险概率,保证配电网安全可靠运行。

     

    Abstract: In view of the problem of misoperation of the ring cabinet, which is easy to occur in the electrical operation of the distribution network at present, this paper develops an anti-misoperation device of the ring cabinet grounding switch, which has the "five prevention" logic judgment to assist the distribution network switch to prevent misoperation. The device adds intelligent locks to optimize the management of traditional distribution network locks, and studies the operating environment before manual operation to improve the level of anti-error operation. Field experiments show that the accuracy of the device is 99.86%, which can reduce the risk probability of misoperation and ensure the safe and reliable operation of distribution network.
