Research and Application of Polarity Detection Instrument for Field Transformer in Measurement

  • 摘要: 互感器的极性检测是确保电能计量准确性的一项重要工作,设计了一种新型计量现场的互感器极性检测仪,主体结构包括主操作杆、控制回路、测试回路。检测仪能够避免工作人员直接进入计量柜工作,仪器顶部的照明灯方便工作人员看清计量柜内设备,增强工作安全性;输出信号的电压衰减率和周期延迟率试验性能符合要求。本互感器极性检测仪对于提高电能计量的安全性和准确性具有重要的应用价值。

     

    Abstract: The polarity detection of transformers is an important task to ensure the accuracy of electrical energy measurement. This article designs a new type of transformer polarity detection instrument for on-site measurement, with the main structure including the main operating rod, control circuit, and testing circuit. The detector can prevent workers from directly entering the measuring cabinet for work, and the lighting on the top of the instrument makes it easy for workers to see the equipment inside the cabinet, enhancing work safety; The voltage decay rate and cycle delay rate test performance of the output signal meet the requirements. The polarity detector of this transformer has important application value for improving the safety and accuracy of electric energy metering.
