Reduce The On-site Installation Time of High-pressure Metering Devices

  • 摘要: 电能计量装置是智能电网数据采集的基本设备,是确保企业与用户电力交易结算准确性的重要器具。文章围绕缩短高压计量装置现场装接时间展开分析,并通过多功能自动切剥装置实现计量装置安装导线自动切剥,通过基于线性霍尔传感器技术的互感器免拆线对线仪实现互感器的快速对线。

     

    Abstract: The energy metering device is the basic equipment for smart grid data collection. It is an important instrument to ensure the accuracy of power transaction settlement between enterprises and users. This paper focuses on shortening the on-site installation time of high-pressure metering devices. Automatic cutting and stripping of the installation wires of the metering device is realized by multi-function automatic cutting and stripping device. Fast alignment of instrument transformers is achieved by a wire-to-line instrument without removing the wire based on linear hall sensor technology.
