变电站继电保护室安全措施自动布置系统研制

Development of Automatic Layout System for Safety Measures in Substation Relay Protection Room

  • 摘要: 变电站继电保护室安全措施包括“在此工作”标示牌和“运行设备”红遮布。为解决变电站继电保护室内布置安全措施时间过长的问题,提出安全措施自动布置系统方案设计,能够优化继电保护室内安全措施布置流程。该系统具有电子标示牌和电动卷帘,能够通过算法自动识别需要布置安全措施的屏柜信息,自动打开相应的标示牌和红遮布,完成继电保护室内安全措施的布置。经试验证明,该系统将继电保护室内安全措施布置时间降低至2 min以内,有效提高安全措施布置效率。

     

    Abstract: The safety measures for the relay protection room of the substation include "work here" signs and "operating equipment" red covers. To solve the problem of long safety measures being arranged in the relay protection room of substations, an automatic safety measures arrangement system scheme is proposed. This system can optimize the layout process of safety measures in the relay protection room. The system features electronic signage and electric rolling shutters. It is able to automatically identify screen cabinet information that requires security measures through algorithms. Automatically open the corresponding signs and red masks. Complete the arrangement of safety measures in the relay protection room. After testing, it has been proven that the system reduces the arrangement time of safety measures in the relay protection room to less than 2 minutes. Effectively improve the efficiency of safety measures arrangement.
