新能源电厂接入对电网继电保护的影响

Impact of New Energy Power Plant Connection on Power Grid Relay Protection

  • 摘要: 新能源接入后,由于电网系统序网结构发生变化,导致继电保护灵敏度发生变化,从而保护范围扩大,造成继电保护装置误动作。通过一起110 kV线路因接地故障引起区外跳闸,从定值以及电网结构两个方面,对保护动作过程进行了分析,得出引起区外跳闸的主要原因。对110 kV线路保护配置和电网零序网络进行了分析,结合电网运行方式提出了优化措施,避免了因接地故障导致保护产生误动作。为面向新型电力系统电网稳定提供了解决思路,对调控运维及保护人员具有借鉴与参考意义。

     

    Abstract: After the integration of new energy , the grid system's sequence network structure changes, which leads to a change in the sensitivity of relay protection. As a result, the protection range expands, and there is a risk of relay protection devices malfunctioning. Through an analysis of the grid's sequence network combined with its operating mode, optimization measures were proposed to avoid the incorrect operation of protection due to grounding faults.
