超高压电网500 kV线路接地刀闸防误闭锁原理及典型问题分析

Analysis of 500 kV Line Grounding Switch Miss Operation Blocking in Ultra-high Voltage Power Grid

  • 摘要: 接地刀闸防误闭锁回路是否正确对电网倒闸操作安全性至关重要,围绕超高压电网变电站中500 kV线路接地刀闸防误闭锁问题,研究不同情况下的线路接地刀闸逻辑闭锁与电气闭锁原理,并针对变电站安全生产中出现的线路接地刀闸防误闭锁问题,提出将电压互感器二次空开辅助接点串入闭锁回路、升级测控装置等措施,提升线路接地刀闸防误闭锁功能的可靠性。

     

    Abstract: The correctness of miss operation blocking for grounding switch, is important to ensure the safety of switching-operation in power grid. This paper focuses on the problem of miss operation blocking for grounding switch in ultra high voltage power grid substation, and the principle of the logic blocking and electrical blocking for line grounding switch, under different conditions. Finally, the solutions are proposed to improve the reliability of miss operation blocking, such as series electrical circuit of voltage transformer, upgrade measurement-control device, and other measures.
