    Abstract: With the continuous development of technology, automation transformation has become an effective means to improve the operational efficiency and safety of substations. The article introduces the comprehensive automation transformation process and safety control measures of substations. Thus optimizing equipment configuration, reducing manual operations, achieving real-time monitoring and scheduling functions, and improving work efficiency.
