Analysis of an Abnormal 10 kV Bus Voltage Accident in a 110 kV Substation

  • 摘要: 简述一起110 kV变电站10 kV母线电压异常故障的排查过程。运维人员先按照常规思路对10 kV线路巡视检查、测量分析,查找故障原因,几经波折,最后发现是站内消弧线圈补偿度不当引起的。此次故障排查过程使我们认识到,对配电线路故障原因分析要拓宽思路,站内设备与站外出线同时考虑;提高调度及运维人员对事故的分析判断和解决能力,有效缩短事故原因查找时间,提高配网供电可靠性。

     

    Abstract: Briefly describe the troubleshooting process of a 10 kV bus voltage abnormal accident in a 110 kV substation. The operation and maintenance personnel first conducted a routine inspection, measurement and analysis of the 10 kV line to identify the cause of the accident. After several twists and turns, it was finally concluded that the accident was caused by the arc suppression coil inside the station. Through the analysis of the accident investigation process, we have come to realize that the analysis of the causes of distribution line faults needs to broaden our thinking; The equipment inside the station and the outgoing lines outside the station should be considered simultaneously; Improve the ability of dispatch and operation personnel to analyze, judge, and solve accidents. Effectively shorten the time for finding the cause of accidents and improve the reliability of distribution network power supply.
