500 kV高压断路器打压频繁问题分析

Analysis of Frequent Suppression of 500 kV Circuit Breakers

  • 摘要: 液压机构因其具备的众多优点被广泛应用于高压断路器中,断路器频繁打压是液压机构断路器中常见的一种故障。文章针对一起500 kV断路器频繁打压故障,分析故障成因并提出相应的解决办法,同时简要分析其他几种致使断路器频繁打压的可能原因。

     

    Abstract: Hydraulic mechanism is widely used in high-voltage circuit breakers because of its many advantages. Frequent pressure of circuit breakers is a common fault in hydraulic mechanism circuit breakers. This paper analyzes the influence of temperature on the pressure of a 500 kV circuit breaker, the causes of the failure, and puts forward the corresponding solutions. At the same time, it briefly analyzes several other possible reasons for the frequent pressure of circuit breakers.
