关于道路照明碳达峰、碳中和路径的探讨

  • 摘要: 道路照明是重要的用电负荷,其低碳转型对于实现碳达峰、碳中和具有重要意义。本文对道路照明碳排放的影响因素进行了分析,提出了碳排放的测算方法。针对道路照明低碳转型路径,提出碳达峰的主要措施是照明设施的节能改造,深度低碳的关键是提升灯具能效标准、消除光在空间上和时间上的浪费,并对不同场景下道路照明的总体能耗进行了测算。针对碳中和,从消纳清洁能源、应用分布式光伏发电、负荷自动需求响应等角度,提出未来道路照明融入新型电力系统的途经。在低碳转型进度方面,根据技术成熟度、政策落地和标准配套、经济和社会效益等方面的因素,提出加快节能改造的建议。

     

    Abstract: Road lighting is an important electrical load, and its low-carbon transformation is of great significance for achieving carbon peak and carbon neutrality. This article analyzes the influencing factors of carbon emissions from road lighting and proposes a calculation method for carbon emissions. Regarding the low-carbon transformation path of road lighting, the main measure to achieve carbon peak is the energy-saving transformation of lighting facilities. The key to deep low-carbon is to improve the energy efficiency standards of lighting fixtures, eliminate the waste of light in space and time, and calculate the overall energy consumption of road lighting in different scenarios. Aiming at carbon neutrality, from the perspectives of consuming clean energy, applying distributed photovoltaic power generation, and automatic load demand response, this paper proposes ways to integrate road lighting into new power systems in the future. In terms of the progress of low-carbon transformation, suggestions are proposed to accelerate energy-saving transformation based on factors such as technological maturity, policy implementation and standard matching, economic and social benefits, etc.
