基于精益化管理的配网节能降损新模式

A New Mode of Energy Conservation and Loss Reduction Based on Lean Management

  • 摘要: 精益化管理是配网节能降损的关键手段,可在智能平台基础上实现电量综合管理、线损动态分析、降损实时管控,其经济效益显著。研究以某10 kV配网线损情况为例,分析其线损居高不下的主要原因,针对其开展全方位、智能型的精益化管理,从根本上改善10 kV配网节能降损效果。

     

    Abstract: Lean management is a key means of energy conservation and loss reduction in distribution networks. Realize comprehensive management of electricity consumption, dynamic analysis of line loss, and real-time control of loss reduction on the basis of an intelligent platform. Its economic benefits are significant. This article takes the case of a 10 kV distribution network line loss as an example to analyze the main reasons for its high line loss. Carry out comprehensive and intelligent lean management on it. Fundamentally improve the energy-saving and loss reduction effect of 10 kV distribution network.
