电力系统调度操作票智能决策系统

Intelligent Decision System of Power System Dispatching Operation Ticket

  • 摘要: 为进一步推动调控业务向智能化转型,按照设备电压等级、设备间关联性和设备运行状态建立面向对象数据库,实现对地区电网拓扑结构和运行状态的描述,并在调度操作规则和设备操作规则的约束下,基于案例推理算法搭建操作票智能决策流程,提高操作票审批执行效率。该方法已应用于实际操作案例中,在提高操作票制作、审批和执行效率等方面取得显著成效。

     

    Abstract: To further promote the transformation of power dispatch control services into intelligent, an object-oriented database established by equipment voltage level, correlation between equipments, and equipment operation status realizes description of regional power grid topology and operation status.Then the automatic inference process of operation ticket based on case-based reasoning algorithm is built under the constraint of dispatch operation rules and equipment operation rules to improve the efficiency of operation ticket approval execution. This method has been applied in practical operation cases, and has achieved remarkable results in improving the efficiency of operation ticket production, approval and execution.
