Thinking and Practice on Coordination Management of Civil Construction and Electrical Engineering in Substation

  • 摘要: 为全面提升变电站土建工程项目质量,结合工程项目实际情况落实规范化协调管理机制,共建可控科学的控制模式,从而更好地减少交叉作业耗费的资源和成本,维护变电站工程项目统一管理的基本效果。文章简要分析了变电站土建施工与电气工程协调管理的意义,并对具体管理内容展开讨论。

     

    Abstract: In order to comprehensively improve the quality of substation civil engineering projects, a standardized coordination management mechanism is implemented based on the actual situation of the project, and a controllable and scientific control mode is jointly established to better reduce the resources and costs of cross operation, and maintain the basic effect of unified management of substation engineering projects. The article briefly analyzes the significance of coordinated management between civil construction and electrical engineering in substations, and discusses the specific management content.
