一起110 kV变压器套管发热缺陷处理及油中微量乙炔分析

Treatment of Heating Defects in a 110 kV Transformer Bushing and Analysis of Trace Acetylene in Oil

  • 摘要: 介绍了一起红外测温发现的110 kV变压器高压套管将军帽发热缺陷和消缺过程,分析了高压套管发热及微量乙炔(C2H2)产生的原因。结合高压套管结构和处理后试验数据,分析套管发热的主要原因,并提出类似故障的处理方法和建议。

     

    Abstract: This article introduces a heating defect and its elimination process in the high-voltage bushing cap of a 110 kV transformer discovered by infrared temperature measurement. Analyzed the reasons for the heating of high-pressure casing and the generation of trace amounts of acetylene. Based on the structure of high-voltage casing and processed test data, analyze the main causes of casing heating, and propose treatment methods and suggestions for similar faults.
