Abstract: Based on the online payment needs of power customers in the Urumqi region of Xinjiang, this study investigates the remote cardless electricity purchase technology using local electricity cost control card meters. Propose the principle of remote recharge business technology based on marketing business applications and electricity information collection systems. The implementation method for online recharge of local electricity fee control card meter users without cards is provided, the relevant applications have achieved good benefits in the Urumqi region.
