Abstract: The monitoring of service status in power supply business halls is an important means to improve customers' entry experience, which can effectively reduce queuing time. In response to the shortcomings of traditional call machines, this article develops a real-time monitoring client system for service status. Through on-site call machines and call counter seat display systems connected to mobile clients, customers can use mobile clients, Remote access to the waiting status of customers in the business hall and the on-the-job situation of counter business personnel, reducing queuing time, improving service quality and customer satisfaction.
