基于归一化指标的分布式电源接入配电网方案评估

A Normalized Index Based Evaluation on Distributed Resources Access into Power Network Scheme

  • 摘要: 随着分布式电源在配电网中接入的不断增加,如何量化评价并选择分布式电源入网方案,降低分布式电源接入带来的影响,成为亟需解决的问题。文章首先通过优化模型,得到配电网各个节点可能接入的分布式电源极限容量,然后介绍配电网电压稳定指标,并且给出综合考虑分布式电源容量裕度以及配电网电压稳定所受影响的归一化指标。最后通过算例验证了文章所提出归一化指标在分布式电源入网方案评选中的具体应用,同时本文还研究了分布式电源容量和功率因数对归一化指标的影响。文章所介绍的归一化指标能够为电网调控运行部门最终选择分布式电源入网节点提供量化数据。

     

    Abstract: With the increasing access of distributed resources into power network, how to quantitatively evaluate multiple connection schemes reducing its corresponding influence then becomes an urgent problem. In this paper, the maximum acceptance capacity of each power network node is obtained by an optimized model; then the voltage stability index is introduced; a normalized index is eventually given which both considers the capacity margin of distributed power and the influence on voltage stability. Finally, an example is provided to verify the specific application of the normalized index in the selection of distribution resources access scheme. The impact of distributed resources capacity and power factor on normalized index is also studied. The normalized index presented in this paper could provide quantitative data for power operation department to select the appropriate access node.
