全方位起重吊装周界立体报警系统

Comprehensive Lifting and Hoisting Perimeter Three-dimensional Alarm System

  • 摘要: 针对在运行变电站起重吊装工作时存在的安全隐患,设计能够实时监测起重吊装的立体防护报警系统,通过UWB技术和基站互联等关键技术对吊车形成立体电子围栏,该系统在运行的变电站内施工吊装、转运等作业时,对于吊车进行高空转臂、申臂等环节进行全方位、立体周界报警,降低起重吊装作业的安全风险隐患,在电力施工工作中取得了显著效果。

     

    Abstract: In response to the safety hazards during the operation of substation lifting, a three-dimensional protective alarm system capable of real-time monitoring of lifting is studied. Utilize key technologies such as UWB and base stations to form a three-dimensional electronic fence for the crane. During construction, lifting, transportation, and other operations within the operating substation, the system provides a comprehensive and three-dimensional perimeter alarm for the high-altitude rotating arm, extending arm, and other links of the crane. Reduce the safety risks and hidden dangers of lifting operations. Significant results have been achieved in power construction work.
