Fault Diagnosis and Analysis of 110 kV Metal Oxide Arrester Based on Live Detection Technology

  • 摘要: 介绍了一起用带电检测技术发现110 kV金属氧化避雷器缺陷并顺利处理的案例。通过申请停电后试验、解体并进行故障诊断分析,得出结论是由于避雷器装配环节密封圈存在压缩不到位导致水气从顶部进入,引起内部阀片受潮是直接原因,验证了带电检测技术的有效性。

     

    Abstract: This paper introduces a case of using live detection technology to find the defects of 110 kV metal oxide arrester and successfully handle them. Through the test, disassembly and fault diagnosis analysis after applying for power failure, it is concluded that the direct reason is that the moisture entering from the top caused by the inadequate compression of the sealing ring in the lightning arrester assembly link is the damp of the internal valve plate, which verifies the effectiveness of the live detection technology.
