变电站液压及液压碟簧机构断路器故障分析与建议

Analysis and Suggestion of Faults of Hydraulic and Hydraulic Disc Spring Circuit Breakers in Substation

  • 摘要: 针对220 kV变电站液压及液压碟簧操作机构断路器故障频发问题,选取了几起典型案例进行分析,分别从开关异常情况、液压机构缺陷、液压碟簧机构缺陷几个方面展开典型分析,并进一步考虑了断路器液压及液压碟簧机构油泵启动打压信号对提前发现问题的关键作用,根据分析结果提出对设备的管理提升措施。对今后断路器液压及液压碟簧操作机构故障问题提出预防措施,减少故障事件的影响,为维持电网长期安全稳定运行提供一定参考。

     

    Abstract: In view of recent breaker hydraulic and hydraulic disc spring operating mechanism in frequent failure problem, this paper selects several typical cases to analysis, respectively from the switch anomalies, hydraulic institutional defects, hydraulic disc spring institutional defect of the typical analysis in several aspects, and further to consider the circuit breaker hydraulic oil pump and hydraulic disc spring institutions on signal beam, According to the analysis results, the improvement measures of equipment management are put forward. Prevention of the failure of hydraulic and hydraulic disc spring operating mechanism of circuit breaker in the future is put forward to reduce the influence of random events and provide a certain reference for maintaining the long-term safe and stable operation of power grid.
