中压配电网带电作业发展现状与展望

Development Status and Prospect of Live Working in Medium Voltage Distribution Network

  • 摘要: 中压配电网是构建用户和输电网的重要环节,具有现场环境复杂、网架结构多样化的特点,造成故障后检修难度大、停电范围广和停电时间长,严重影响配电网供电可靠性。基于此,通过分析中压配电网结构特征,总结中压配电网检修难点,归纳现有中压配电网带电作业方法,分析不同带电作业场景下的泄漏电流回路,解析泄漏电流分析带电作业法的安全性能,并对中压配电网带电作业技术提出了展望。

     

    Abstract: The medium voltage distribution network (MVDN) that is an important part to connect load and transmission network has the characteristics of complex live environment and diversified grid structure, which make post-fault overhaul difficult and extensive and longtime power outage, and seriously affect power supply reliability. In view of that, this paper summarizes the overhaul difficulties by analyzing the characteristics of MVDN. Meanwhile, the existing live working methods of MVDN are generalized. Then the leakage current loops under different live operation scenarios are analyzed and the safety performance of live operation methods are analyzed based on leakage current. Finally, this paper puts forward the prospect of live working technology of distribution network in the future.
