一种变压器带电添加金属钝化剂的方法

A Method of Adding Metal Passivating Agent to Transformer with Electricity

  • 摘要: 近几年来油硫腐蚀造成变压器故障的事故频发,为避免腐蚀性硫对变压器铜导线的腐蚀,国家电网公司要求对尼纳斯油变压器开展金属钝化剂添加专项隐患治理。介绍了一种利用便携式TV/TA补油机进行变压器带电添加金属钝化剂的方法,在进行变压器带电添加钝化剂工作时,应采取的安全措施,采用ZKBY-Ⅲ型便携式TV/TA补油机对变压器本体带电添加金属钝化剂,并介绍具体操作步骤,真空补油有效防止了作业过程中气泡注入变压器,具有操作简单、实用性强、安全可靠等优点。

     

    Abstract: In recent years, incidents of transformer failures caused by oil sulfur corrosion have been frequent. In order to avoid the corrosion of copper wires in transformers caused by corrosive sulfur, State Grid Corporation of China requires special hidden danger management for the addition of metal passivators to Ninas oil transformers. This article introduces a method of using a portable TV/TA refueling machine to add metal passivation agents to transformers during live charging. Introduce the safety measures that should be taken when adding passivating agents to live transformers. Using ZKBY-III portable TV/TA refueling machine to add metal passivation agent to the transformer body with electricity. And introduce the specific operating steps. Vacuum oil replenishment effectively prevents bubbles from injecting into the transformer during the operation process. The entire operation can be independently constructed by the team. It has the advantages of simple operation, strong practicality, safety and reliability.
