Treatment and Analysis of SF6 Gas Leakage of 110 kV Gas Insulated Substation

  • 摘要: 某变电站110 kV组合电器设备存在漏气问题,检修人员对其进行SF6带电补气后,结合现场情况,应用多种检漏技术开展漏气点查找,发现组合电气GIS设备漏气原因并提出处理方案,彻底解决了该组合电器气室漏气问题,避免了SF6气体长期泄露导致设备事故的发生,保证设备安全稳定运行。

     

    Abstract: The 110 kV combined electrical equipment in a substation has air leakage problem. After the maintenance personnel carried out SF6 live air supply for it, combined with the site situation, they applied a variety of leak detection technologies to find the leak point, found the cause of air leakage of the combined electrical GIS equipment and proposed a solution, which thoroughly solved the air leakage problem of the combined electrical equipment gas chamber, avoided the occurrence of equipment accidents caused by long-term SF6 gas leakage, and ensured the safe and stable operation of the equipment.
