Abstract: Electric power theft refers to the behavior of electric power customers who use illegal means to occupy electric energy illegally in the process of electric power supply and use, with the purpose of not paying or paying less electricity fee. With the rapid development of our economy and society, people's demand for electricity is also growing rapidly. However, because the management system of power supply is not perfect, it indirectly causes some power customers to break contract and steal power. A kind of abnormal operation alarm device of electricity metering cabinet for specialized customers is developed, which plays an important role in anti-power theft application management through high-precision acquisition, reliable communication and real-time alarm system.
