绝缘斗臂车内带电作业工器具取放盒的研制

Development of Pick-and-place Box for Live Working Tools and Appliances in Insulated Bucket Arm Vehicles

  • 摘要: 配网带电作业的工器具及材料的存放器皿缺乏相关标准规范,作业现场仍以简易的工具包或各类功能相近的盛装产品为主,在一定程度上影响了带电作业的效率和规范性。针对此问题,跟踪调研了某县级供电企业绝缘斗臂车法带电作业情况,以数据说明了带电作业工器具取放盒的研制必要性;通过借鉴2款既有产品的优点,提出了结构设计、材料选择及辅助功能的设计思路;设计制造出了适用于绝缘斗臂车内使用的带电作业工器具取放盒,并展示了应用成效。

     

    Abstract: There is a lack of relevant standards and specifications for the storage utensils of tools and materials for live work in the distribution network. The operation site is still dominated by simple tool kits or various products with similar functions, which affects the efficiency and specifications of live work to a certain extent. sex. In response to this problem, firstly, the live operation situation of the insulated bucket boom truck method in a county-level power supply enterprise was tracked and investigated, and the necessity of the development of the pick-and-place box for live work tools and tools was explained with the data. The design ideas of structural design, material selection and auxiliary functions are presented; finally, a pick-and-place box for live working tools and appliances suitable for use in insulated bucket boom trucks is designed and manufactured, and the application effect is demonstrated.
