考虑死区故障的馈线自动化技术研究

Research of Feedback Automation Technology Considering the Dead-zone Fault

  • 摘要: 文章分析了目前应用的集中式馈线自动化的故障处理逻辑,但不适用于环网开关的死区故障,研判故障区域与实际隔离区域不一致,提出考虑死区故障的馈线自动化技术,综合利用故障区域边界开关的上一级“三遥”开关保护特征,可大大缩短故障查找时间,快速恢复非故障段负荷供电,避免重复停电、停电范围扩大等问题。最后,通过案例分析验证了该方法的有效性。

     

    Abstract: This paper analyzes the logic of the centralized FA handling with the distribution network breakdown. FA used now is not suitable for the switch dead-zone fault. An improved technology is proposed by using the characteristics of the "three remote" switches relay protection before the located fault area to achieve distribution network fault location, isolation, restoration of power for fault region and avoid cutting power repeatedly and expanding scope blackout. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified through case analysis.
