高速公路可移动集装箱式充电站运营调配模式优化

Mode Optimization of Expressway Charging Station Based on Mobile Charging Station

  • 摘要: 随着电动汽车的不断普及,为满足不同时段车流量下电动汽车充电的需求,充电站的合理规划建设问题显得尤为关键。文章提出一种灵活调配集装箱式移动充电站的方式,有效避免高速公路充电站在车流量高峰期时出现排队现象。文章首先对移动充电站设计及运行方式结构进行分析,分3个场景介绍移动充电站的应用模式;然后针对高速公路充电站排队状况进行建模,利用排队模型分析充电站服务系统性能特征;接着形成计及经济成本及用户充电体验的目标函数,并构建考虑移动充电站灵活调配的高速充电站规划模型,通过预测数据合理配置固定充电桩数量,精确判断调配移动充电站时机。最后利用国网台州沈海高速公路充电汽车服务站点车流量数据进行算例验证,在满足用户的充电需求的情况下,文章所提基于可移动充电站的高速公路充电站模式优化方案与传统单一利用固定充电桩模式相比有更好地经济效益的同时,还为充电站后期充电需求的提升提供了更好地改造升级空间。

     

    Abstract: With the continuous popularization of electric vehicles, in order to meet the needs of electric vehicle charging under the traffic flow of different time periods, the reasonable planning and construction of charging stations is particularly critical. This paper proposes a way to flexibly deploy container-type mobile charging stations to effectively avoid queuing at highway charging stations during peak traffic hours. This paper firstly analyzes the design and operation mode structure of mobile charging station, and introduces the application mode of mobile charging station in three scenarios; then builds a model for the queuing situation of expressway charging station, and uses the queuing model to analyze the performance characteristics of charging station service system; Form an objective function that takes into account the economic cost and user charging experience, and build a high-speed charging station planning model that considers the flexible deployment of mobile charging stations. Through the forecast data, the number of fixed charging piles is reasonably allocated, and the timing of deploying mobile charging stations is accurately judged. Finally, an example is used to verify the traffic flow data of the State Grid Taizhou Shenhai Expressway charging vehicle service station. In the case of meeting the charging needs of users, the optimization scheme of the highway charging station mode based on the mobile charging station proposed in this paper is different from the traditional single charging station mode optimization scheme. Compared with the fixed charging pile mode, it has better economic benefits and also provides a better space for transformation and upgrading for the later charging demand of the charging station.
