提高变电站建筑外墙真石漆施工一次成优率

Improve the one-time Success Rate of Real Stone Paint Construction on the Exterior Walls of Substation Buildings

  • 摘要: 某500 kV变电站新建工程全站建筑外墙采用真石漆工艺,通过开展QC小组活动对其施工过程开展质量控制,针对外墙真石漆颗粒不均匀和色差的3个因素,遵循5W1H原则制定了对策,通过控制喷嘴压力、控制喷涂厚度、合理选择喷枪、喷嘴,最终将外墙真石漆施工一次成优率提高到96%,实现了工程安全可靠,工艺优良的工程建设目标。

     

    Abstract: The exterior walls of a 500 kV substation construction project are made of real stone paint. Conduct quality control over the construction process through QC group activities. In response to the factors of uneven particle size and color difference of exterior wall real stone paint, countermeasures have been formulated following the 5W1H principle. By controlling nozzle pressure, controlling spraying thickness, and selecting spray guns and nozzles reasonably, the one-time optimization rate of exterior wall real stone paint construction was ultimately increased to 96%. The engineering construction goal of safety, reliability, and excellent craftsmanship has been achieved.
