Shorten the Processing Time of Measurement Anomalies

  • 摘要: 计量是供电企业进行电量采集和核算收费的枢纽,计量异常的处理是影响供电企业经营效益和用电客户的服务体验的重要因素,围绕缩短计量异常处理时长并通过采用智能手持终端和新一代智能感知和主动防窃电计量箱实现计量异常点的精准定位和计量装置的全天候监控。

     

    Abstract: Metering is the hub of power supply enterprises for power collection and accounting charges, and the processing of metering anomalies is an important factor affecting the operating efficiency of power supply enterprises and the service experience of electricity consumers. This paper focuses on shortening the processing time of metering anomalies by adopting intelligent handheld terminals and new generation of intelligent sensing and active anti-theft metering boxes to achieve accurate positioning of metering anomalies and all-weather monitoring of metering devices.
